Refunds Policy
If the customer cancels the inspection at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled inspection time, they will receive a full refund.
If the customer cancels the inspection less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled inspection time, the deposit may be forfeited to cover any reasonable expenses incurred by the snagging professional.
If the snagging professional cancels the inspection due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or equipment failure, the customer will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the inspection at no additional charge.
If the snagging professional is unable to complete the inspection due to reasons outside their control, such as inaccessibility of the property or refusal of access by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund for the cost of the inspection.
If the customer is not satisfied with the inspection report or service provided, they must notify the snagging professional within 7 days of receiving the report. If the complaint is upheld, the snagging professional may offer a partial or full refund of the inspection fee.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment.
